Shrink-wrapped rack-mounted servers, flight cases, and cable reels inside a secure warehouse

Data Centers & AI Infrastructure

Warehousing for
AI infrastructure

Infrastructure Reserved warehouses data center and AI infrastructure equipment - from processors and servers through racks, networking, power distribution, and cooling - in secure, climate-controlled space, held to the handling standard its value and sensitivity demand.

Equipment

What We Warehouse

Secure, Climate-Controlled Storage

Each piece of equipment carries its own risks and its own handling requirements. Storage is specified against the equipment, with the environmental controls, protection, and lifting arrangements that category demands.

GPUs (Graphics Processing Units)

Secure, climate-controlled storage for high-value AI processing components, with particular attention to electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, humidity control, original manufacturer packaging, and serialized inventory tracking.

GPU Servers

Specialized storage for complete AI computing systems, including rack-mounted servers and high-performance computing equipment. Emphasis on protective packaging, shock and vibration prevention, environmental controls, and secure handling.

Server Racks & Cabinets

Warehousing for empty and fully populated server racks and cabinets, including integrated computing equipment. Storage arrangements account for equipment dimensions, weight distribution, floor loading, specialist lifting requirements, and protection against physical damage.

Networking Equipment

Secure storage for network switches, routers, fiber-optic components, and associated connectivity infrastructure. Focus on dust prevention, ESD protection, humidity management, and careful handling of sensitive optical and electronic components.

Power Distribution Equipment

Storage for power distribution units (PDUs), switchgear, UPS systems, transformers, and associated electrical infrastructure. Requirements include appropriate lifting equipment, moisture protection, secure storage, and consideration of battery-related fire hazards where applicable.

Cooling Infrastructure

Warehousing for liquid-cooling systems, cooling distribution units (CDUs), heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and associated equipment. Storage requirements include protection against corrosion, contamination, moisture ingress, and mechanical damage, with appropriate preservation of fluid systems.

In our custody

Receipt to Site Delivery

Secure, Insured, and Accounted For Throughout

Equipment routinely arrives long before a site is ready to receive it. From arrival to release it stays in documented custody - inspected on receipt, tracked item by item, held to its handling requirements, and delivered when the build calls for it.

Receiving & inspection

Coordinated receipt and unloading, carton and crate counts against the packing list, and photographic condition reports taken before equipment leaves the truck - so damage and shortages are raised on arrival rather than at installation.

Secure storage

Climate-controlled, access-controlled space, segregated by customer and by equipment class, with the environmental and handling controls each class requires held for the whole storage term.

Inventory management

Serialized, item-level inventory with full visibility of what is held, where it sits, and what has shipped. Our system plugs into Coupa, keeping material records connected to your procurement data.

Risk management

Sites screened for low natural-catastrophe exposure, storage arrangements specified to insurer guidance, and clearly defined contractual risk-of-loss responsibilities while equipment is in our custody.

Insurance coordination

Integrated cover against physical loss or damage, with a site and equipment dossier your broker and carrier can underwrite against.

Delivery to site

Release and transportation sequenced to the build schedule, so racks, servers, and power and cooling equipment arrive at the data center in the order the installation needs them.
